Renewal available in account only within 90 days prior to the certification expiration date and up to 6 months after expiration; new expiration date is 2 years from the date the renewal exam is passed. If not renewed within 6 months after expiration, the full 100-question certification exam must be retaken ($49.99).

Renewal is accomplished by purchasing the $25.00 FiTOUR Continuing Education Credit (renewal) course and passing a 25-question multiple choice/true-false exam with 75% or higher, within a 3 consecutive hour time limit (cannot start and stop). Exam may be taken once; a retest costs $25.00 and must be purchased within 6 months of the original exam. No CEU/contact-hour total is specified for renewal.
