The facts are free. The management isn't metered on them.
Every credential fact on this site — accreditation, eligibility, exams, renewal rules, CEU recognition, and the cited source behind each one — is public and stays public on every plan. What you can pay for is keeping track: your own watchlist, or your organization's staff credentials.

How organization capacity is counted
- Per site, not per person. One gym, clinic or athletic department is one subscription. A multi-site operator subscribes each site, and each site keeps its own roster, standards and billing.
- One person is one record however many credentials they hold. A trainer with a CSCS, a CPR card and three specializations uses one allocation.
- Administrators are free. Someone who administers the site without being governed staff themselves doesn't use an allocation, so you can have as many admins as you need.
- Archived staff don't count. Deactivate someone who has left and the allocation is released — their record and its history stay.
- Reaching the limit never deletes anything. If you hit the cap, or move to a smaller plan, every record stays readable and editable; only adding another active staff record waits for capacity.
Start with a 30-day guided pilot
Set your roles and standards, load your roster, and see where your staff actually stand against them. The 30 days begin when your administrator activates the pilot — not when we send the invitation — and nothing converts to a paid plan on its own. When a pilot ends, every record you entered is preserved; only the paid management functions pause until you choose a plan, at the published price on the day you subscribe.
Billing, plainly
- Annual means annual. An annual plan is charged once, in full, for the year — the price shown is the amount billed, not a monthly equivalent.
- Cancel whenever you like. Manage payment, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel from the billing portal — on your account for Pro, or your site's Plan & billing page for an organization. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while the card is retried, then pauses. Nothing is deleted.
- Your data stays yours. Ending a subscription never removes your roster, your standards or your history.
What money cannot buy here
No credential is listed, accredited, verified, ranked or recommended because someone paid for it. There is no sponsored placement, no pay-to-be-listed, and no advertising in the register. Accreditation is recorded only when it is confirmed in the accreditor's own directory. Comparison, Credential Fit and Pathways results are computed from the evidence and explained line by line — there is no universal credential score, and no numeric score is ever attached to an employee.
If you need the underlying data for your own platform, that's a separate conversation: data licensing.
Look up a credential before you pay for it.
