Renewal available only within 90 days prior to the certification expiration date and up to 6 months after the expiration date; new expiration is two years from the date the renewal exam is passed.

Renewal is completed by purchasing the $25.00 FiTOUR Continuing Education Credit Course and passing a 25-question multiple choice/true-false exam (75% minimum, 3 consecutive hour time limit, one attempt). A retest costs $25.00 and must be purchased within 6 months of the original exam. If not renewed within six months after expiration, the candidate must recertify by purchasing the 100-question certification exam for $49.99 (retests $25 each). No numeric CEU/contact-hour total is stated for renewal.
