Renewal available in account within 90 days prior to expiration date and up to 6 months after expiration; new expiration is two years from the date the renewal exam is passed. Failure to renew within 6 months after expiration requires retaking the full 100-question certification exam ($49.99).

Renewal is by purchasing the $25.00 FiTOUR Continuing Education Credit Course and passing a 25-question multiple choice/true-false exam with 75% or higher, within a 3-hour single-sitting time limit. Exam may be taken once; a retest costs $25 and must be purchased within 6 months of the original exam. No CEU/contact-hour total is stated for renewal.
