Renewal available only within 90 days prior to the certification expiration date and up to 6 months after expiration; new expiration date is two years from the date the renewal exam is passed. Failure to renew within 6 months after expiration requires retaking the full certification exam ($49.99).

Renewal is completed by purchasing the $25.00 FiTOUR Continuing Education Credit (renewal) course and passing a 25-question multiple-choice/true-false exam (75% minimum, one attempt, 3 consecutive hour time limit). A retest costs $25.00 and must be purchased within 6 months of the original exam. No CEU/contact-hour totals are specified for renewal.
