IYCA's current CEU policy states: "IYCA Certificates no longer require CEUs. This means that your IYCA Certificates will not expire." No renewal cycle, CEU total, or renewal fee is stated for the Youth Nutrition Specialist. Access to digital course materials is lifetime. Enrollment is $199.95 (includes the exam, one attempt; retest $50) and candidates have 365 days from enrollment to test — these are initial certification terms, not renewal terms. A legacy IYCA CEU Providers page lists third-party events assigned IYCA CEU values and invites certifications to be pre-approved via CEU@iyca.org, but this predates the current no-CEU policy.
