Credential valid 2 years from exam pass date; requirements must be met by the expiration date. Renewal applications may be submitted up to one year late if all CE courses were completed before or within 90 days of the expiration date (additional fees apply).
Renew every 2 years with 1.9 NASM-approved CEUs, submitted via the Recertification Portal (Customer Portal > Credentials > Recertification > Manage Renewal). CPR/AED not required. Random applications are audited; audited candidates have 30 days to submit supporting documentation. NASM One membership waives recertification/renewal fees and includes 350+ CEU courses. CWC is not NCCA-accredited.
