Renewal & CEU requirements
SFB credential is valid for two years. Recertification is by retesting/attendance, not continuing education: (1) re-attend your currently held certification, (2) register for your next StrongFirst Certification, (3) attend a Special Event and apply for onsite recertification (often included at no extra cost, availability varies), (4) apply to assist at a StrongFirst Certification (no tuition), or (5) Online Recertification (eligibility rules apply; not available to expired instructors or cert assistants). SFB recert testing = OAPU/OAOLPU strength test plus pistol and pullup/flexed-arm hang skill tests. Unified Recertification allows renewing multiple modalities at one event for one price; holding all four certifications (SFG I, SFG II, SFL, SFB) as StrongFirst Elite and passing the Elite Unified Recertification yields a 3-year expiration for all four. FAQ states no additional fees during the two-year certified period.
