Other prerequisites
Must hold/achieve all four StrongFirst certifications (SFG I, SFG II, SFL, SFB). 'StrongFirst Elite is achieved upon successful completion of your final certification where you recertify all currently held certifications by using the Unified Recertification.'

Example given: an instructor holding SFG I, SFB and SFL recertifies per the SFG I + SFB + SFL requirements and, upon successfully achieving the SFG II certification, holds the StrongFirst Elite designation. Elite carries a three-year certification window; to maintain it, the Elite Unified Recertification option must be selected and all Elite requirements retested.

Examination

Deadline rule
Must register for a recertification option prior to the expiration date shown on the instructor profile; expired instructors must re-attend a previously held or new Certification.

Elite is maintained by selecting the Elite Unified Recertification option and retesting all Elite requirements (Swing, Get-up, Bent Press, Jerk, Snatch Test + DL strength test and barbell MP + OAPU/OAOLPU). Passing all modalities gives a 3-year expiration date for all four certifications (SFG I, SFG II, SFL, SFB). Recertification pathways: attend next StrongFirst Certification, apply for onsite recertification at a Special Event, assist at a Certification (no tuition), or online recertification. No CEU/contact-hour requirement stated; renewal is skills/strength retesting.
