Deadline rule
Must register for a recertification option prior to the current expiration date shown on the instructor profile; expired instructors must re-attend a previously held or new Certification to renew.

SFG II credential is valid for two years. Recertification is by re-testing (not CEUs): SFG II Skills + SFG II Strength test (one-arm KB clean & military press) + Snatch Test, which also includes SFG I recertification. Options: attend your next StrongFirst Certification, re-attend your currently held certification, apply for onsite recertification at a Special Event (often included at no extra cost, current certification required), assist at a StrongFirst Certification (no tuition), or Online Recertification. Unified Recertification allows renewing multiple modalities at one event for one price; maintaining StrongFirst Elite (all four certifications, retesting all Elite requirements) yields a 3-year expiration for all four certifications. Passing Level I tests at an SFG II event renews the Level I certificate for two years. Failed strength test: 6 months to retest with Master/Senior Instructor or Team Leader; failed skills or snatch test: 90 days to retest with Team Leader.
